Skoda Dealership
A new purpose built £2m Skoda dealership at Belmont in Durham on behalf of Pulman Motor Group. A state of the art high specification facility including showroom, servicing workshop, external sales forecourt, café, yoga studio and full catering kitchen.
The building includes a high performance envelope, external shading to limit solar gain, roof mounted photovoltaic array and heating to the workshop utilising waste engine oil.
