Jamie Smith, Mark Arundale, David Warner and Matthew Carter
After more than 20 years with the company, including 10 years as Managing Director, Mark Arundale will step down from the MD role on 1st June 2026 and move into an Associate position. Mark has been central to our success — helping double our turnover, expand to two offices, and build a reputation for high-quality, client-focused design and sustainable solutions. We extend our sincere thanks for his outstanding contribution.
We are delighted to confirm the following appointments:
- Dave Warner – Managing Director
- Jamie Smith – Technical Director
- Matthew Carter – Promotion to Director (continuing his role as Teesside Office Lead)
This transition ensures complete continuity while bringing renewed energy to the leadership team. Dave, Jamie and Matthew have been key drivers of our recent growth and will continue to lead the delivery of excellent projects country wide, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and client service.
