Sine Consulting Limited are delighted to announce the opening of our new Teesside office.
The new office is based within Teesside University’s Fusion Hive site, situated in its prestigious riverside location at the heart of Stockton’s Northshore. It will be headed up by Matthew Carter, Associate Director at Sine, with Managing Director Mark Arundale in support. Both are Teesside born and bred and are relishing the challenge of growing the Sine brand in the Teesside area.
Managing Director Mark Arundale commented:
“We have been based in Durham for 20 years now and have grown steadily over that period. As the company already has very strong ties with the Teesside area, we feel that now is the right time to establish a satellite office to better support our strong client base locally.”
The news comes hot on the heels of several new project awards for Sine on Teesside, notably:
- Boho X – A new build 7 storey office facility being constructed by Galliford Try, with Sine appointed to carry out detailed MEP design by services contractors H Malone and McNally & Thomson.
- Teesside University, The Buttery – Refurbishment and extension of an existing building to provide a new student services building. Construction work is being undertaken by Esh Construction, with Sine appointed by Maval for the MEP design.
- Inn Collection Group’s new build £8 million hotel, Redcar Inn at Coatham Beach.
- Dunedin House – Refurbishment of 4 storey 11,000m2 existing office building recently acquired by Stockton Borough Council. Sine will be working for Esh Construction to carry out MEP designs.
