The Sulzer Dowding and Mills facility in Middlesbrough is a £3.5m new build production and factory space with associated 2-storey office accommodation. The building was traditionally procured and we were responsible for the detailed design of all mechanical and electrical services including a 10% renewable energy contribution delivered by a photovoltaic array and air source heat pump technology.
