This project comprised the re-modelling of existing areas in the building to form new arts and crafts areas supplemented with meeting and office accommodation. A new standalone garden room was also constructed to give uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.

The work was undertaken on a phased basis whilst the remaining areas of the Hospice continued to function as a fully operational hospice.

Contract Value – £1.5 million
