Sine were appointed to provide the detailed mechanical and electrical services design for a new 12 Bedroom Hospice facility in Ryhope.  

Rainwater is harvested for flushing toilets and to provide irrigation for the surrounding landscape, whilst thermal roof mounted solar panels and solar voltaic array produce heat and electrical energy.
